• You agree to pay the applicable fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• You can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period

• 100% uptime or availability
• That the Service will be error-free
• That defects will be corrected immediately

We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or if required by law.
