Common questions about your subscription and billing
Invoices are automatically generated for every transaction. To download your invoice:
- Click the Manage Billing button above.
- In the secure billing portal, under your Current Plan, click on the transaction.
- Click the three dots (Manage Order) and select "Generate Invoice".
- Fill in any necessary company details and download your PDF.
You can also download your invoice directly from the receipt emailed to you after purchase.
Click the Upgrade Plan button at the top of this page to view all available options. When you upgrade, your new limits are applied immediately and the cost is prorated. If you downgrade, your current plan limits will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and the new plan will take effect immediately after.
We will never automatically charge you for overages. If you reach your plan limits, ReplyGain will start using any add-on credits on your account. Add-on credits are only consumed after your monthly quota is exhausted, and they never expire. If you have no add-on credits left, scanning and AI replies will pause until your next billing cycle unless you upgrade or click Buy credits.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking Manage Billing and selecting "Cancel Subscription". You will retain full access to your plan's features until the end of your prepaid billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service or made an accidental purchase, please contact support within 7 days of your charge via the chat widget or by emailing support@replygain.com.
