1. Sign Up
Head to replygain.com and click “Find My First Lead”. Sign in with Google or your email, no password needed.
2. Add Your Website
Enter your website URL. ReplyGain reads your site and automatically figures out what you do, with no manual setup required. It will suggest keywords and communities to monitor based on your product.
Take a moment to review the suggestions. You can add your own keywords or remove any that don’t feel right.
3. Start Monitoring
Hit “Start Monitoring” and ReplyGain gets to work. Within minutes, you’ll start seeing real posts from people who are actively asking for something you offer, scored by how likely they are to become a customer.
4. Review Your Leads
Your dashboard shows a feed of warm leads, each with:
- The original post and where it was found
- An intent score showing how strong of a buying signal it is
- A short explanation of why it was flagged for you
Start with the highest-scored leads. These are people most likely to be interested in what you sell.
5. Reply
Click any lead to open it. Hit “Generate Reply” and ReplyGain writes a helpful, personalised reply for you. Read it over, tweak it if you like, then copy and post it yourself.
